First time using Luczystrap

Skip the deletion warning. Continue directly to step four.

Updating an older version

The 1.4.9 release notes instruct you to remove %LocalAppData%\Luczystrap\ once before the first 1.4.9 launch. Back up anything you need from that folder first.

Open the application

Run Luczystrap.exe

Double-click the downloaded file and follow the on-screen first-launch flow. Luczystrap is a Windows bootstrapper; it prepares and launches the official Roblox Player rather than replacing the game client.

If Windows shows a security warning, stop and verify first. Version 1.4.9 does not have a valid Windows digital signature. Confirm that you used this website, then match the filename and SHA-256 before deciding whether to continue. Do not blindly bypass a warning for a file from somewhere else.

Confirm success

Check the app before changing settings
