Official local policy reference

18 keys.
One live source.

This is the current Roblox allowlist for local FastFlags in ClientAppSettings.json, organized for Luczystrap users. Check an exact name, copy it without a typo, and understand what Roblox will ignore.

As of August 1, 2026, Roblox’s official post still lists 18 entries: 4 geometry, 13 rendering, and 1 UI. Roblox can change that list without notice, so this page is a dated snapshot—not a promise that every entry will remain.

What is confirmed today.

Roblox introduced the local allowlist in September 2025. The original post remains the controlling list. I checked the complete thread and later staff replies before publishing this snapshot.

Freshness note: Roblox staff said there had been no allowlist changes on January 2 and January 26, 2026. In April, staff said a candidate was vetoed and that the general aim is to remove flags rather than add more. No later staff reply in the thread publishes a replacement list.

Search the name, not the idea.

Recognition depends on the exact key. The checker distinguishes an exact match, a capitalization mismatch, and a key absent from this snapshot. It checks only this page; nothing is uploaded.

Allowlisted is a narrow claim.

The list answers one question: whether the Roblox Player may read a local key from ClientAppSettings.json. It does not certify a preset, value, performance gain, or permanent behavior.

An allowlisted name does not guarantee:

  • that a value copied from someone else is valid or sensible;
  • that the effect will be visible in every client version, experience, scene, or graphics mode;
  • that the setting improves FPS, latency, image quality, or stability;
  • that Roblox will keep the entry on the list after your next update;
  • that forcing the same flag through another mechanism is permitted.

Read the result correctly.

Use this matrix when a configuration saves but the expected change does not appear. It keeps a policy result separate from a test result.

Why the date matters.

The announcement says Roblox may add or remove flags without prior warning. These checkpoints show what staff confirmed, without turning a historical snapshot into a permanent list.

Allowlist launched

Roblox publishes the 18 local keys and the ignored-key rule.

File behavior clarified

Staff says non-listed entries in the file carry no consequence; they are ignored.

No changes yet

Staff reports no list changes and work toward a formal update process.

Candidate vetoed

Staff says an internal candidate was rejected and the aim is to remove flags.

Snapshot checked

The official post still displays the original 18 entries.

Verify the live list in five steps.

A dated reference saves time, but the live Roblox post wins whenever the two differ. Recheck before importing a preset or troubleshooting an old guide.

Open the source

Use Roblox’s official announcement, not a screenshot or copied list.

Find the exact key

Search the full name and confirm it sits under a published category.

Back up the set

Keep the current configuration before changing ClientAppSettings.json.

Test one value

Save one change, fully restart Player, and reproduce the same scene.

Keep or remove

Keep repeatable results only. Roll back anything ineffective or unstable.

Allowlist questions, answered.

Short answers for the boundary between a saved local setting, a Roblox-recognized key, and an observable result.
