Do not use Luczystrap’s IXP Editor.

Roblox Staff describes changing the IXP cache as cache poisoning. The Luczystrap implementation was named directly as a feature that might lead to consequences. I cannot call this path safe.

My recommendation as Luczystrap’s developer: leave IXP management disabled. Use the ordinary FastFlag Editor only with Roblox’s current allowlist, or return to Roblox defaults. This page will not publish a bypass.

The policy wording is specific.

This is not an inference from a generic anti-cheat rule. A Roblox engineer addressed both the IXP cache and Luczystrap’s IXP Editor directly.

IXP changes the mechanism from filtered configuration to cache modification.

Roblox’s local FastFlag allowlist applies to ClientAppSettings.json. IXP uses a separate experiment-cache route. In November 2025, Roblox engineer Bitdancer described modifying that cache as cache poisoning and a bannable offense. In December, he said using Luczystrap’s IXP Editor might lead to consequences.

Product intent, performance motivation, or a missing flag does not change the write mechanism.
Can I call IXP safe?No.
Can I predict your ban?No. Roblox controls detection and enforcement.
Can I give a safer route?Yes: disable IXP and use allowlisted local settings.

Leniency is not permission.

One Staff reply said Roblox was more lenient because the cache file had not been properly secured. That context reduces certainty about an individual outcome; it does not reverse the policy classification.

What Staff acknowledged

Possible enforcement leniency

The cache route was not obvious to every user and had not yet been secured consistently across all channels.

What Staff did not say

Approval, immunity, or a safe period

No reply grants permission to keep using IXP, promises no enforcement, or turns the cache into an allowlisted configuration path.

Choose the next action, not another workaround.

Select the closest situation. This recovery selector changes no files and deliberately avoids cache paths, replacement files, and instructions that could restore the bypass.

Keep it that way

Leave IXP management disabled.

There is nothing to repair or test. Use Roblox defaults or ordinary local FastFlags whose exact keys appear on the current allowlist.

Do nowCheck that the IXP control remains off.
Do notImport an IXP pack or follow a bypass guide.

Return to the documented path.

These steps remove IXP from your workflow without explaining how its cache works. The goal is recovery, not making the feature operational again.

Close Roblox first

Do not change configuration while Player is running. Stop any other software that writes to or interferes with the client.

Stop activity

Leave Luczystrap IXP management disabled

Use the product control only. Do not open, preserve, replace, lock, or manually edit the cache.

IXP off

Return to ordinary FastFlags or defaults

Use exact keys from Roblox’s live local allowlist through ClientAppSettings.json, or remove the customization entirely.

Filtered path

Reinstall Roblox if a warning appeared

Roblox Support recommends removing modified versions and reinstalling the official application. Follow its current anti-cheat guidance.

Official client

Use the official appeal path for a mistake

If you believe an enforcement action was incorrect, preserve the exact message and contact Roblox Support. Do not test around the detection.

What this page will not teach.

Documentation can explain policy, provenance, safe defaults, and recovery without becoming an operational bypass manual. These omissions are intentional.

  • ×Where to place, lock, rename, or replace IXP cache files
  • ×How to keep old cache behavior after Roblox patches it
  • ×Alternative injectors, external setters, or memory editors
  • ×Presets designed to restore restricted FastFlags
  • ×Ways to evade anti-cheat detection or account enforcement

Four claims that do not change the answer.

Each statement mixes product availability, user intent, historical behavior, or possible leniency with platform permission.

“Luczystrap includes it, so Roblox allows it.”

Correction: release notes prove the feature shipped. Roblox Staff controls the platform interpretation.

“I only want more FPS, not an advantage.”

Correction: motivation does not turn a cache modification into the filtered local file path.

“It worked in an old video.”

Correction: Roblox said the cache route was patched; historical operation proves neither current operation nor safety.

“Roblox mentioned leniency, so one test is fine.”

Correction: possible leniency is not permission, immunity, or a guaranteed grace period.

IXP Editor policy answers.

The answers distinguish a published policy classification from an individual enforcement prediction. The first is documented; the second remains under Roblox’s control.

Roblox policy overrides product availability.

Luczystrap release notes establish when the control shipped. Roblox announcements, Support, and named Staff replies determine the risk interpretation and recovery advice.
